These terms apply whenever you request or take a ride with Prairie Ride Shuttle LTD (“Prairie Ride”). By submitting a booking request through this website, on WhatsApp or by phone, you agree to them.
Booking requests
A submission through this website or WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm every ride — including the final fare — by phone or WhatsApp before it is scheduled. Fares are not published on this site and are agreed directly with us.
Cancellations
We do not currently publish a fixed cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change a ride, contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Vehicles & service
We run a sedan, SUV and van depending on your party size and luggage. Vehicle assignment is confirmed with you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if needed.
Service area
We serve Warman, Martensville and the surrounding area, including transfers to and from Saskatoon Airport (YXE). Trips outside our usual area can be requested and confirmed with us directly.
